These terms govern your use of this website (thinkavinya.com), run by Think Avinya, a website design studio based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By using the site you accept them. If we work together, the written proposal we agree before work starts is what governs that engagement - these terms cover the website itself and the general shape of how we work.

What this site is

The site describes our services and approach. Nothing on it is a binding offer: prices, timelines and scope are only ever fixed in a written, itemised quote prepared after a first conversation.

Working together

• Written quote first. Every engagement starts with a clear, itemised quote. No hidden extras, no surprise invoices.
• Your content. You confirm you own or have the rights to the text, images, logos and other material you give us to use.
• Ownership. Once the work is paid for in full, the finished website - its design and code - is yours. Until then it remains ours.
• Portfolio. We may show non-confidential completed work in our portfolio and marketing. If you would rather we didn't, say so and we won't.

The website itself

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and the site available, but it is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from using the site or relying on its content. The site may link to third-party sites and services (such as FormSubmit, which delivers our enquiry form); their content and policies are their own.

Intellectual property

The design, text and code of this website belong to Think Avinya. You are welcome to read and share links to it; please don't copy substantial parts of it for your own commercial use without asking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
