Discovery
We start by understanding you: what your business does, who you're trying to reach, what the site needs to achieve, and what you like and dislike. This is the part most studios rush. We don't.
Direction
We agree on the look and feel before we build anything. You'll see the aesthetic direction early, so there are no surprises later. We refine it together until it feels right.
Build
We design and develop the site, sharing progress as we go. You see real pages, not just mockups, and you can give feedback while there's still time to act on it.
Launch
We test everything across phones, tablets and desktops, make it quick to load and easy to find, then put it live. We handle the technical side so you don't have to.
Support
Once you're live, we're still here. Whether that's a quick fix, a content update or ongoing care, we'll agree on what you need rather than locking you into something you don't.

We don't just take orders. If WordPress is the smarter choice for you, we'll say so, even when a custom build would earn us more. If you don't need a feature, we'll tell you to skip it.

We write and design in plain language. You'll always understand what you're paying for and why.

A good website is a two-way effort. To keep things moving, it helps to have these ready, though we can guide you on all of them.
- A sense of what the site is for and who it's speaking to.
- Your logo and any brand colours or fonts, if you have them. If you don't, we can help.
- The words and images for your pages, or a clear idea of what they should say. We can assist with copy where needed.
- A rough budget and any deadline you're working towards.
- One main point of contact on your side to keep decisions clear.
Timing and investment
Every project differs, so we won't pretend there's a single price. As a rough guide, a focused site can move from first conversation to launch in a matter of weeks, larger ones take longer. Cost depends on the number of pages, the level of custom design, and whether you need ongoing support.
We'll give you a clear, itemised quote after the first conversation, once we understand the scope. No hidden extras, no surprise invoices.

If you want full control to edit content yourself, WordPress is usually the answer. If you want maximum speed and a one-of-a-kind design and you're happy for us to handle changes, a custom build wins. We'll help you choose on the call.
With WordPress, yes, easily. With a custom build, smaller changes are best left to us, which keeps everything fast and stable. We'll make sure you know which path you're on before we start.
Yes. The best sites come from a mix of your knowledge and our craft. We can write, edit or guide, and we'll point you towards good photography if you need it.
We don't disappear. You can take a support arrangement, call us as needed, or take the keys and run it yourself. Your choice.
