Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, how long it is kept, and the rights you have over it. The short version: we collect only what you type into the enquiry form, we use it only to reply to you, and we track nothing.

Who is responsible for your data

Think Avinya is a website design studio based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), Think Avinya is the data fiduciary for the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at leema@thinkavinya.com or +91 98445 02144.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us:

• Enquiry form: your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your business and what you want the website to do.
• Email or phone: if you write to us or call us directly, we keep that correspondence.

We do not collect anything else. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and uses no third-party trackers of any kind.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote if you ask for one, and - if we end up working together - to deliver that work. We do not sell your details, share them for marketing, or add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.

By submitting the enquiry form you consent to this use. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your details.

Who processes it

The enquiry form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a service that relays form messages to our email inbox. Your message passes through their servers, which may be located outside India, and their handling of it is governed by their own policies. Beyond that, your details stay with us.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. If we work together, project records are kept for as long as the work relationship and any legal requirements need them. Ask us to delete your details sooner and we will.

Your rights under the DPDP Act

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you (access);
• correct or update it (correction);
• delete it (erasure);
• look into any complaint about how we have handled it (grievance redressal).

Changes to this policy

If the way we handle data changes, we will update this page. The date below always shows the current version.
